Mhasibu Consultants is accepted at large as a diligent and caring enterprise that is run by indigenous Tanzanians.

Currently, the Firm’s staff is composed of professionals in addition to a pool of consultants in various fields of experience to support the operation. To partners advocacy of a continuous staff professional development program to ensure the high professional caliber of its staff is maintained. The Firm promotes its staff by encouraging them to participate in training programs.

John M. Lyanga

FCPA-PP

Mr. Lyanga is a Managing Partner and Founding Partner. He is a fellow member of the Tanzania Association of Accountants and a Fellow Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA). Also he is a tax consultant registered by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA). He has extensive experience in auditing, accounting and tax matters. Mr. Lyanga wrote and published books, manual and articles in accounting and finance areas.

    Samwel E. Dyelu

    ACPA-PP

    Mr. Dyelu is a Senior Partner and Founding Partner of the firm and an Associate Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice registered by the NBAA.

    He has more than 20 year broad experience in the field of auditing and accountancy. He is responsible for Managing audit assignments of medium and large size and writing of accounting manuals, preparation of financial regulations, financial analysis and tax consultancy.

      Winston Minja

      ACPA-PP

      Mr. Minja is a Senior Partner and Founding Partner of the firm. He has more than 25 years in auditing and consultancy experience. He is responsible for supervision of medium and large size audits and writing of accounting manuals, preparation of financial regulations, financial analysis and tax matters.

        Justine Selemani

        ACPA-PP

        Mr. Justine is a Senior Auditor/Consultant of the Firm. He is Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice registered by the NBAA. He is responsible to assist the engagement partner on execution of field work and compliance to accounting and auditing standards, preparation of management letters and administration of audit/consultancy engagement.

          William Winston

          CPA

          Mr. William is a Senior Audit/Consultant of the firm. He is Certified Public Accountant. He is responsible for supervision of field work staff; prepare management letters, compliance with auditing/accounting standards and administration of audit engagement.
